First of all: we want you to know, we will be here for you every step of this journey.

STEP 1: Log in to our Client Portal
Your access to this portal is already set, good job! On the left sidebar option Account, you can update your Contact, Login, Payment, and Insurance Information.
STEP 2: Confirm your availability
We discussed your scheduling on your call, but we know life changes. Please access Sessions, to view, edit and schedule sessions that fit into your busy life!
STEP 3: Therapist Matching
That’s it; you’re all done. Now, just sit back and relax. Within a week, we’ll set up your custom program and match you with the therapist who’s perfect for you. Your therapist will reach out with next steps to start your program.
STEP 4: Join Your First Session, and Start Your Unique, Life-Changing Speech Program!
You’ll get email and text reminders regularly before your session. Your meeting ID and link will be sent 24 hours and one hour before your session. Click the link and you’re on your way! Or access Sessions and click Join Session.
What to Expect
Here’s what to expect as we work together!
We are committed to bringing the highest level of service and expertise to you. Here’s how we’ll do that, and what we need from you to enable us to get the best results possible.
You’ll receive automated reminders of your upcoming session (with meeting details) via email and text 24 hours before, one hour before, and as your session is beginning. This way, you always have your meeting information handy.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, no worries. In this portal, go to Sessions 24 hours ahead of your session to cancel. If we receive less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for the session. For emergencies, reach out to our office email@example.com.
You’re expected to attend all of the sessions recommended for your program. If you miss sessions, your progress will be affected. Also, consistency is required to reserve your custom-matched therapist with your preferred schedule.
We are happy to arrange a pause for you at any time, and will do our best to maintain your therapist match and your time slot while you’re away. Also, this allows us to turn off your auto-pay subscription. Email firstname.lastname@example.org before you begin your pause to make arrangements.
All About Tech
There are a few technical requirements to make your sessions go as well as possible, and with as few interruptions, so that you get the best from every moment.
A reliable high-speed internet connection.
We recommend you use wifi, not 5G, because it’s more stable.
A laptop or desktop computer. These work better for our sessions than using your phone or a tablet, because our sessions are interactive!
Quality headphones and microphone are recommended, but the built-in webcam, speakers, and microphone on your computer will also work.
